Lying in a resume could get you into really big trouble in the future.

Use your resume to highlight your skills and accomplishments. However it is a big "Don’t" for you to overload it with information. Just include the necessary accomplishments and latest information that you think is relevant to the position you are applying for. A one page summary works best as the employer can always ask for more information and further clarification if it's required.
